Accessible Units
In addition to the design elements indicated on the floor plan and building drawings, these suites have certain item modifications to create accessible units such as; barrier-free thresholds; toilet and lavatory meet building code barrier-free access requirements; bath tub equipped with hand held shower head and flexible hose; and all electrical switches, controls & receptacles mounted between 400mm and 1200mm above the floor.
